Everything You Need to Know About Your Can-to-Curb Service

Start Date
Your service begins one week after you sign up. We’ll email you your exact start date and collection day once your property is added to our route.

Timing
We visit your property twice per week:
   •    Evening before collection day to roll bins to the    curb
   •    Evening of collection day to return bins to their proper spot
We operate during the late afternoon and early evening based on local Recology schedules.

 
Bin Placement
Leave bins in their usual spot—we handle the rollout and return. Please keep access clear.

Confirmation Photos
We send photo confirmations after each visit, so you always know your bins were handled.
 
Week-by-Week Reliability
Rain or shine, we show up every week—even on holidays, unless otherwise notified.
